Mark Tyszkowski
Rhode Island native Mark Tyszkowski draws inspiration from New England’s seasons and coastal ingredients. After graduating from the Connecticut Culinary Institute, he spent years honing his craft in respected upscale and fine-dining kitchens, including Newport Restaurant Group, Eleven Forty Nine, and Centro Bar & Lounge.
In 2017, Mark founded 401 Gourmet, bringing his passion for high-quality, local, seasonal cuisine to clients across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. He continues to create refined, thoughtful menus that highlight the best of New England.
Event Specialists
Our team of event specialists are the heart of the 401 Gourmet client experience. With a deep understanding of event flow, hospitality, and the unique needs of each celebration, they guide clients through every detail—from menu planning and timelines to logistics and service design.
Rooted in New England and inspired by its vibrant event community, our coordinators bring professionalism, creativity, and clear communication to every project. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration, they work closely with clients to ensure a seamless, stress-free, and personalized experience.
